Hello Melva,

Thank you for continuing to send your wonderful pages out. They are always something very special and cannot help but uplift and bring joy to my heart when I read the wonderful words that others have written.

What a wonderful thing it is that we can share our thoughts, our words and our love of the Lord with everyone in the world. I am sure that God would be pleased to know that many use the wonderful communication that is the internet to praise His name to others. I think Linda’s words ring so truthfully:-

“Loved, protected, God's special gem,
Eternity we will spend with Him.
Turn you heart to God in prayer,
Know He loves you and He cares,
And you will find Him waiting there!”

What a beautiful poem “I’ve Cried” by Jodi, and I think now more than always those words are so true. The world does need to live in peace and have faith in God and not what mere man might want to do. God’s will shall prevail and those who have followed will reap their rewards.

Lovely love poem you have written as well, always nice to have a bit of romance in one’s life. I guess you would have worked out I am a bit of an old romantic by now.

Thank you for sending out the page “Remembering” in honour of all Veterans. It is a special privilege to have written that poem for you.

Hi my Siggy,
I am a bit behind in signing guestbooks, I need to get myself in gear.......lol. The Veteran's Day update was wonderful, Eddie and you did a great job writing about our Veterans present and past. I thank you for including the poem that I wrote for the Vietnam veterans too.....and for featuring my website link. You are so thoughtful and kind all the time and I love you for that.

I wanted to tell you also how much I enjoyed seeing your new linkware, you have such a great variety to choose from on both your linkware sites that one doesn't need to look anywhere else.
I tend to be a bit prejudice....lol. There are other good linkware websites out there too. Thank you for sharing your family photos with Shy's Friends, they are very special to me.

God be with you during your break from updates and may you enjoy the holiday season with your family. Your updates will be missed.

Love you, Shy

My Dear Siggy,
Thank you for sharing your lovely pages with me. The poem by Loree is wonderful and the subject is one I love to talk about too. I was privileged once in my life to see the Shenandoah River and the beautiful mountains that is runs through.

Your poem, "What Will I Do?" is beautifully written and the question is surely to be on every christian's mind and in their hearts as well. What an AWESOME time that will be. I love the poem and page very much.

I want to thank you for featuring one of my pages too. You honor me with sending it out with your update.

Take care my darling friend, I love you
dearly, Shy

What a beautiful poem about our Lord called What Will I Do I think. It was on your mail out I just got this morning and by the time I close the page and come to the guestbook I don't always get the names exactly right but loved it my sweet friend. So much compassion in it and guess we all wonder the same when we see Him what we will do at that time. God bless and thank you again for the beautiful background you made for Ken's page. God bless and be with you always. Love Judy

Hi My Siggy,
What a wonderful and inspiring update,
I enjoyed so much the poems by Linda and Jodi, thank you girls for speaking to my heart. The poems and greetings by you and Carol are also very good. I would be pressed to find anything at all on your beautiful website that isn't topnotch and that didn't shine through the light from the SON. How wonderful it is to be a christian especially in this day and time. Many thanks to you and your guests poets for sharing with me.

I look forward to seeing your shares until the Lord comes back for us.

Love you, Shy

Dearest Siggy,
I enjoyed your update immensely. All of your guest poets and their wonderful websites and poetry are a blessing and shine forth a light for all to see.

Your page in memory of Roger was heartfelt and helped to give all a sense of the man that he was, a true friend and a gifted poet. The poem that you shared by Roger seemed to tell of his soon homegoing. He will be missed greatly by all who knew him. It still seems unreal that he is no longer with us.

Thanks for the link to the Motor Cycle Ministry and for sharing a poem by us on Shy's Corner of Blessings.

What a wonderful update this time, it blessed my heart so much. Keep up the wonderful work you do for our Lord Jesus Christ.

Hello Melva,

Thank you for your latest pages, and firstly I just want to say how saddened I was to read of Roger’s passing. Although I did not know Roger, I was always touched by his wonderful poetry and his love of the Lord and his family always shone through his writings.

I will keep his family in my prayers as Roger is now at peace walking with our precious Lord.

How fitting that you should showcase one of Roger’s last poems on this update and even more fitting that it should be “The Road Home”. Roger will surely be seeing those fields of green and a golden sun as he passed through the golden gates of Heaven.

Judy’s poem is so true, one day we are celebrating the birth of our child and almost immediately it seems they are adults and leaving the family home. One certainly does wonder where the years go and how they slipped by so quickly.

Your cards are always so lovely, they are simple, short verses but really carry such an important message to all who read them.

Loved the beautiful romanticism of “A Witness”, a simple but lovely story of love and devotion to the Lord and each other.

Will keep those who are with Disciples of Christ in my prayers.

God bless

Eddie

Thank you so much my dear friend for sponsoring one of my poems on your site. I received your mail out this morning and just getting around to signing. That was a very special page to me for my sister and hubby and they loved it when I sent it to them. They are still recovering from Ike that hit parts of Texas pretty bad and had to redo the whole inside of their house so living in a camper until done.

Loved all your pages on the mail out and all so beautiful as usual with the material and backgrounds you pick to go with them. God bless my dear one until we chat again. Love Judy
