There's a stirring deep within you
Just a gentle little nudge.
It's saying, "Someone's hurting,
And they need a little hug."

Like flutters in your spirit
Softly whispering their name.
You might make a difference
Help take away their pain.


Be still and quietly listen.
Give ear to what they say.
Listen to your heart
Help lift their load today.

Bringing happiness to others
Speaks God's love to them;
And that which you have given,
Returns countless times again.


The world's a better place
Giving love right from the start.
You may pass their way but once,
So listen to your heart.
