You Are My Hiding
Place
You are my hiding place whenever I,
Need You Lord, You deliver me,
From times
of desperation or terror,
All the dangers or
harms that be.
“Lo, I am with you always,”
You’ve spoken,
And I know You always come
through,
Oh I’ve called you in times of great
peril,
And You sent your angels in
view.
Amazing’s how You are my
hiding place,
Even when it’s unknown to
me,
I hear Your Voice say “Heed Me just
listen,
The evils near you will not
be.”
Just knowing You’re there
brings me so much joy,
And comforts my heart
with great peace,
Oh I love You being my hiding
place,
I give You my heart, I release.
If ever I need You it’s in a
song,
That I sing to You with my
love,
Soaring upward through heaven just for
You,
Like a song from a sweet white
dove.
Oh my Lord You are all my
Everything,
You’re always in the midst of
me,
My Love, my Hiding Place, my Lord,
I
long to be where You I’ll see.
