The Father's Will

Into this world You came,
And it's never been the same.
Your Life You came to give,
They didn't take You captive!


You took upon yourself
Our sins, hell and death.
Upon your head a crown
The sharpest thorns ever found.

When death did come for You
They didn't have a clue
You would arise from the tomb
And death would be consumed.


All attempts to destroy you failed.
Their horrible deeds were to no avail.
No grave could keep you down.
The shocking news would soon abound.


You are seated on the right hand now
Of this we all can avow.
Your Purpose on earth has been fulfilled.
It was done according to the Fathers Will.


The next time You come to earth,
It won't be as a child at birth.
A white horse You'll sit aboard,
Be known as King of Kings and Lord of Lords!
