You were there with me
While I swayed back and forth,
Unsure of
where I was going
On the rough sea of
life.
You were there for me,
When
no horizon was in sight
Holding me in your
arms
As I cried my salty
tears.
You were there beside
me
Reaching out with your hand
Lifting me
up from the deep
To keep me from
drowning.
You were there with
me
Reviving me with your love,
Holding me
in your arms,
Giving me strength to go
on.
Giving me hope...Giving me
life.
